When can I use 2 handed maces and axes with my Draenei shaman? I thought it was at level 20 and u had to get it with a talent point, but i dont have anythin other than dual wield way at the bottom of the enhancement tree. and i can only train daggers at the weapons trainers.

The talent for this was removed in patch 2.3 and replaced with a talent called Shamanistic Focus.
In order to use 2-handed axes and maces you need only visit the appropriate weapons master. Both of these are taught by Buliwyf Stonehand in Ironforge. He is in the Timberline Arms in the Military Ward.
